Grouper Dinner

One of our regular customers is the chef and owner of Le Bouchon restaurant in Coconut Grove. He and his wife fish with us every Thanksgiving morning so they can have their own traditional fresh fish Thanksgiving meal. Here’s a nice Red Grouper he baked whole with his secret blend of spices.
